History
My background in makeup and overall entertainment environment includes public speaking, drama, character & story development, local theatre productions, haunted houses, and performing the Rocky Horror Picture Show. More recently I've been able to team up with the local Zombie Walkers group as their key makeup artist for walks and publicity events. I had the honor of being the solo makeup artist for a local hospital foundation's fundraiser event, designing and running makeup for several main characters and a dance team. I also helped create the original storyline for the event and it's characters which was approved by the foundation committee.
Although I've established a career in accounting and bookkeeping, holding office professional jobs after short stints in Drafting & Design and HVAC (Air Conditioning) work in '96/97 … I've had an unwavering passion for special effects. In recent years I've vowed to transition my world into makeup and prosthetics. Since then I've returned to experimenting, practicing, learning, meeting other artists, absorbing all that I can to better my knowledge and abilities. I enjoy both makeup application and getting my 'hands dirty' with sculpting and mold-making.

However, I research and pull information from any sources available such as; books by Todd Debreceni & Mike Spatola, YouTube videos by artists including Stuart Bray, networking at events such as The Makeup Show Orlando, Spooky Empire conventions and attending classes offered locally in Orlando. I am also enrolled in the Dick Smith Basic 3-D Course.
